ONLINE SERVICES . Through the library portal, the following services can be accessed: Destiny online: The Davy community can access the Destiny catalogue online and verify status, availability of materials and also reserve books. Likewise, one can access Title Pike (information and contents of the books) and Web Path Express (a selection of arbitrated web pages utilized by students K-12). EbscoHost: This data base provides complete access to previously selected texts in articles and magazines, images, dictionaries, etc. It is also available in school version K-12. Reservation of library areas: Teachers can consult availabilty and reserves spaces in the different library areas. Online librarian: Teachers and students can make consultations and clear doubts through this service. Library News: This is the library bulletin which provides information about novelties in our services and in our collection.
.SERVICES AT THE LIBRARY.Reading Area: Access to reading material on our shelves. Books Loans: According to the grade, loan dates and duration vary. Book Return Slots: Material can be returned by depositing in different slots located in Inicial, Snack and Building D. Computer Laboratory: Multimedia computers, CD and DVD burners, etc. Study Rooms: There are two study rooms which can become one large area when needed. Conference Room: This is a large area preferably used for meetings and projection of videos. Storytelling Area: In this area, children and younger students enjoy reading activities and this is where storytelling activities for children in Inicial take place on a regular basis. Puppet Theater: It is located next to the storytelling area and is used for puppet shows. Wireless Area: throughout the Library, personal computers are welcome with the added benefit of a wireless connection available for access to Internet. Multimedia projector: as support for teachers who are giving classes or for students making presentations. Library Ambience: in the Library, background music primarily classical music (Chopin, Verdi, etc.) can be heard. Printing and Scanning: this is free service available at the Library; students must only provide the blank of paper. Photocopies: this is totally free at a maximun number of seven copies per person. Reference and magazines items will be prefered. Priodicals: there are many newspapers and magazines from Peru and around the world. Periodicals are located next to a comfortable reading area.
